a) Chris W – route TBD; about 8-10 miles; pace 7-8 min/mi
b) Lead TBC – route TBD – see Rocky, Stacey or Neil; about 7-8 miles; pace 8-9 min/mi
c) Phil L – Heart-shaped loop through Queensbury – headtorches essential; about 6.5 miles; pace 9:00-9:30 min/mile
d) Vikki B away this week – Why not try stepping it up with Phil, or chilling with Steve?
e) Steve B – Low Lane, Brow Lane, Brook Lane, Clayton Lane, The Avenue, Baldwin Lane, Queensbury traffic lights; about 5.5 miles; pace 10 min/mile
f) Dianne S – Probs a loop around Keelham and Bradshaw; about 5 miles; pace 10:30-11:00 min/mile
g) Martin F – route is up Perseverance, down Soil hill and school lane, return via Bradshaw Lane – head/hand torches advisable; about 3.5 miles; pace 11–12 min/mile
h) Lynn H – Beginners, incorporating form for running up hills; about 2 miles; pace 12:30+ min/mile
