OK folks, 6:45pm for a 7pm run from Queensbury Celtic, off Pit Lane

a) Chris W – route TBA; about 8-10 miles; pace 7-8 min/mi
b) Andy S – away this week, so group sorting themselves out
x) Phillip W/Andy D – Old Guy intervals 3 x (4 min out + 4 mins back) with 8 mins active recovery between; about 5-6 miles; individual pace
c) Phil L – A loop around Clayton and Mountain; about 6.4 miles; pace 9:00-9:30 min/mile
d) Vikki B – West Scholes, GNT, Well Heads, Causeway Foot & Ned Hill; about 6.3 miles; pace 10 min/mile
e) Steve B – away this week, so group sorting themselves out
f) Martin F – Bradshaw Lane, School Lane, to Causeway Foot, up Keighley Road, Cragg Lane, main road back to clubhouse; about 4.8 miles; pace 10:30-11:00 min/mile
g) Jo B/Lynn H – left out of club, down to Foxhill park, right down New Park Rd, right on main roadd, down to the Dolphin then straight back up past cricket club & back to club; about 3 miles; pace 11–12 min/mile
