You will notice some things are a little different since your last parkrun:
The start and finish areas may have been adjusted, to minimise the amount of time participants spend in proximity to each other
The pre-event briefing will only contain information critical to the safety of participants, and the smooth running of the event
Participants will be asked to seed themselves appropriately, with faster runners towards the front, and slower runners/walkers towards the back
All event timing and scanning will be carried out using the parkrun Virtual Volunteer mobile application, which has replaced the traditional stopwatches and scanners
Please be patient with the volunteers, as all this is new to them too, and observe the parkrun code below.
