..more “Mountain-eering” in dear old Queeny!

The weather gods just about smiled on us for training last night!.we were served quite calm and pleasant, mainly dry conditions….could have been much worse!..and 34 runners came along – our biggest turnout since our very first session way back in July! For the first time, we had FOUR different ability groups!..huge thanks to Craig Richardson, Steve Wilby, and Steve Brooke for assisting with the leading and supervising! Sorry the routes were virtually a repeat of last week’s tour around Queensbury Mountain and beyond..but it helps to know where one is running!..especially as regards pacing!..and for knowing where the hills are (they were mostly avoided last night!!)!! Great work ,everyone, and a huge well done, especially to all our newcomers!!..and good luck to all taking part in events this weekend!!
