The race involves laps, the course is flat and quick, Steve Brook and David Bean had a trip out last Wednesday evening and raced for Queensbury, Steve ran a 25:36 5k to finish as 1st MV70 in 29th place.

In the 10k David Bean raced to a fab time of 1:02:34 finishing in117th Place
