a) Chris W – route TBD; about 8-10 miles; pace 7-8 min/mi
b) Andy S – away this week, so group sorting themselves out; about 7-8 miles; pace 8-9 min/mi
x) Andy D – route TBD; about 6.5 miles; pace 8:00-8:30 min/mile
c) Phil L – Down Windy Bank … then back up Windy Bank; about 6.3 miles; pace 9:00-9:30 min/mile
d) Vikki B – Cragg Lane hills reps; about 4.8 miles; pace 10 min/mile (whatever you can manage on Cragg Lane!)
e) Steve B – Old Guy Rd, Swales Moor Rd,Ploughcroft Lane, Queensbury Rd,Old Guy Rd; about 5.5 miles; pace 10 min/mile
f) Dianne S – Taylor Lane hill reps
g) Jo P/Martin F – Joining in with group f) for hill reps
