…dashing through the dark, round bonny Bradshaw!…

We had more super running last night from our extremely enthusiastic, supremely keen and very talented Beginners’ Groups!. The route for our two Intermediates’ Groups was a touch longer than usual, with the “killer” climb up through “bonny Bradshaw” to contend with, after a mainly downhill 3 miles via the end of Thornton Road to Causeway Footf!!! …ourĀ  Nursery Group also had a tough route..to Bradshaw War Memorial , then back up that same demanding climb!!! One advantage of running in the dark is that you can’t see the hills looming in the distance!! From now on, our training runs will be increasingly in dark conditions….suitably lit routes will be selected, so we can see where we are putting our feet, as runner safety is paramount! Great effort, everyone!!
